Anthem Branding Company partnered with IHG’s Owners Association to create a grassroots program for hotel operators to raise funds to support their charity, Give Kids the World.
The program, named CHIP IN, called for hotels to set up a putting green inside the hotel and challenge guests to putt for a donation to the great charity that gives terminally ill children cost-free vacations. Prizes such as rewards points, merchandise and dining vouchers were given out to participants who made their putt.
Nearly 100 hotels participated in the cause and over $20,000 was raised during the summer of 2017.
